I understand if nobody wants to do this, but since the thread is there, may as well give it a go! 
Size:Not too sure, any will do honestly. As an estimate I would say 40cm tall, 80cm long?
Style:I honestly would not mind if the person making it was creative and just did what they wanted, because I have no experience in this and am not too picky. I'd like something kind of original, maybe like this or something :http://www.sinidesign.com/?portfolio=sinidesign-logo (the one in top left). I think it could be cool to bring out the "L"s in my name (LittleLew)
Render/Stock:not sure what that means sorry, no experience whatsoever with that, uhm whatever you think looks best?
Colors:I like light brown on silvery white, or good contrast,say blue on black, red on yellow, that kind of stuff. The light brown on silvery white, with maybe a few coloured lines on the background really seems nice to me.
Text:Just LittleLew, preferably the focus of it, especially the "L"s, but not to the point where you only really see the "L"s.
Due:Whenever, I wasn't too specific in the request so I understand if you either don't want to do it, or will take time doing it :S
