I think you should focus on trying not to think about it. If you're feeling really insecure just talk to her, don't bottle it up because it'll show when you talk to her. I was in a relationship with someone and I really loved them and because I myself was going through a hard time, I thought that if I messed up or did something wrong that he'd just up and leave. I have never felt all that confident or had the best self esteem, I'm still trying to improve, but you just need to think of the positives, I bet your gf really does love and care for you and you're just over thinking, trust me I know it's hard to get over. But put it this way, if you're gf didn't want to be with you anymore she would have left already. And that's just coming from a girl's point of view, we don't like to stick around if it's heading the wrong way and if attempting to talk and fix it doesn't work then it's just not mean't to be.

Your gf is your gf because she chose to (that's what im guessing, idk about situation, if she has pity or someshit for you and thats why she went out with you? idk, but if its just the normal relationship, then read on). If you're insecure or become jealous or whatever, she gonna think your a bitch. Be confident, if she talks to other guys, go over and introduce yourself and just view him as a friend rather than 'enemy' and you know, joke, chat whatever, just make yourself likeable. And in the end, your gf will see this as, oh he's confident, not overprotective and lets me do whatever. But she may abuse this and say oh i can talk to whoever i want, and if she starts to flirt/cheat whatever, then slap the bitch and dump her, because she a hoe.
