This is not a state tournament. It is an individual tournament.
So it has nothing to do with how active your state is, only yourself

sign ups will probably end at the end of this month, and youll get over a week to make videos, at least for the first rounds, i myself have finals in june

more people would join the tourney after more sign-up vids are made. all the judges and admins should also make vids just to publicise the tourney and get more people involved
