Just thought you might want to know, don't want people rolling ankles and breaking bones and so on.

What shoes should you c-walk in?
Okay, so I have noticed a few people that come to meet ups wearing Rabens. To be completely honest I think they are the worst shoes to c-walk in, you want something that supports your foot properly as well as the shoe being comfortable. I used to work in retail that sold sneakers, runners, joggers whatever you call them. Mainly Nike, Adidas, DC ect. And for c-walk you don't want to be buying shoes that are out of what's known as "Casual Shoes" but you also want your ankles and feet to be supported so you don't break bones or any other kind damage. You want to make sure that your feet are comfortable otherwise you can damage your feet's natural arch. I haven't been c-walking for that long and I can't tell you what shoes to wear but my personal preference's are Nike Air Force, Adidas Hightops, Supra's and Vans.

Hightops will stop your ankle rolling, but they're usually heavy shoes eg AF1.
Shoes vans, cortez, converses etc are the best

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
i use a variety of shoes like
-adidas superstars
-Vans authentics
-Converse chucks
-AF1's
Imo vans or chucks are the best but then again lots of people have lots of different opinions

Cwalk in whatever you feel comfortable wearing, it doesnt make much difference. However difference shoes will give your wlak a different appeal

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
but arent vans, converse categorised as casual as well?
yea, i totally agree with u, rabens look ugly as shit cuz theres minimal sole plus they're uncomfortable and potentially dangerous to c-walk in.

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
Nike cortez are so light. AF1's get so heavy. I think only certain styles do well in high tops. But the most common id say is nike cortez or chucks, or they used to be.

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
I started off Cwalking in some big chunky globes i had at the time. I got a pair of converse and started Cwalking again and then went to Van's.
My black van's are pretty worn out now though. Both stole's have holes in them and the grip is like all faded away now.

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
vans were always the preference for style, but nike classics or nike HBR give a nice feel & bounce started off with chucks though, not bad but generic i guess

Re: What shoes should you c-walk in?
lol just realised that the comments hav shifted from "what shoes SHOULD you c-walk in" to "what shoes DO you c-walk in".
but anyway, truth is its based on 2 factors
1. how it looks with ur walk (does it accentuate ur style)
2. how comfortable it is
