    Its been retty helpful since it has a variety of info like nutrition, exercises etc; basically mostly what you need to know about working out C:

    If you want to bulk up, just eat shit heaps and do Rippetoe's starting strength.

    ah okay, i found another workout http://newbie-fitness.blogspot.com.au/2007/01/stripped-5x5.html, actually is working pretty well. that site is also good cuz theres explanations and gif demonstrations of each movement.

    anyways, i looked up rippetoes routines. that shit is so cash. although i wanted to avoid technical lifts (e.g. power cleans) since im still a noob.

    how long u on the routine for now? is it working well?
